The Role

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in full-stack development, AI technologies (LLMs/GenAI/Vision AI), and modern software engineering practices to design and develop scalable, intuitive, and high-performance tools. The focus will be on creating intelligent, user-centric solutions that enhance automation, improve data conversion accuracy, and support operational efficiency and decision-making.

Your Impact

• Design and build end-to-end applications (backend + frontend) from problem statement to deployment.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions leveraging LLMs, Vision AI, and GenAI.
• Build scalable backends using Python and modern data architectures.
• Develop intuitive UIs using React for better user experience.
• Design and implement APIs (REST) and work with tools like Postman & Swagger.
• Work with MongoDB / NoSQL databases for flexible data handling.
• Automate workflows and improve efficiency in conversion and validation processes.
• Collaborate with teams to translate use cases into technical solutions.
• Focus on problem-solving, system design, and innovation, not just coding.

What You'll Need

• Strong programming skills in Python
• 3–5 years of experience in modern full-stack web application development
• Hands-on experience in React (Frontend Development)
• Working knowledge of MongoDB / NoSQL databases
• Experience with API development, Postman, Swagger
• Understanding of software design principles & system design
• Strong interest or experience in:
• LLMs / GenAI / Prompt Engineering
• Vision AI / intelligent automation
• Ability to apply AI in real-world use cases, not just theoretical understanding
• Knowledge of SCADA / industrial systems
• Experience with data parsing (JSON, XML, CSV, text)
• Familiarity with DevOps (Git, CI/CD, Docker)
• Exposure to data visualization tools/libraries
• Problem solver & critical thinker
• Ability to design solutions from scratch based on use cases
• Not a traditional coder — should be creative, proactive, and ownership-driven
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
