Signal Advisors is building a next-generation internal AI Automation Team focused on transforming operational workflows across the business through AI agents, automation, and process optimization. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that blends software engineering, business analysis, consulting, workflow automation, and AI enablement.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional software engineering role. The ideal candidate will function like an internal automation consultant embedded with business teams to uncover inefficiencies, design automation solutions, and deploy AI-driven workflows that dramatically improve productivity.
The company has already rolled out Claude AI enterprise-wide and is aggressively investing in AI enablement, workflow integration, and operational automation. The engineering culture encourages experimentation, rapid iteration, and hands-on adoption of emerging AI technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with operational teams to deeply understand workflows, bottlenecks, and manual processes
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process optimization
- Build and deploy automation tools, AI agents, and workflow solutions
- Improve productivity across departments including:
- New Business
- Wealth Operations
- Inforce Operations
- Finance
- Planning
- Train and enable internal teams on AI tools and best practices
- Help scale company-wide AI adoption and automation capabilities
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and the internal AI Automation Team
- Work in a highly iterative environment where experimentation and innovation are encouraged

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
