Software Engineer II - DevOps
Join Gopuff as a DevOps Engineer where you will help the Driver Experience team with CI/CD and observability for our delivery driver app and its related back-end systems. You will also set up and maintain our cloud infrastructure using Terraform. As part of the Driver Experience team, you will report directly to the team manager and work with other related groups, including the company-wide DevOps and SRE teams.

You Will:
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Enhance our observability through tools and technologies such as Datadog and OTEL
- Create and maintain GitHub Actions
- Create and maintain Terraform configurations
- Create reports on all aspects of the Driver app platform
- Make recommendations for improvement, and implement solutions where appropriate
You Have:
- Cloud engineering experience, preferably Azure
- Some mobile development experience to help with instrumentation, ideally using Dart and Flutter
- Experience building dashboards and monitors, ideally using Datadog and OpenTelemetry
- Experience with Javascript (Nodejs)
- Experience with operating on critical infrastructure, keeping uptime and security in mind
- Attention to detail and a healthy amount of caution when making changes
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical role or equivalent experience
Compensation:
- Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
- Salary Range: USD $123,500 - $199,200
- The salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
