Software Support & Client Success (SaaS)
TLDR
Support clients using a follow-up automation SaaS, guiding social ads and email campaigns while troubleshooting and educating users.
We're looking to hire for our Client Success/Support team, who would work closely with our clients (via phone and e-mail) and assist them in using our follow up automation software.
Our software allows our customers to launch a variety of online marketing campaigns automated marketing sequences using Facebook and Google ads, and follow up campaigns using e-mail, text messages, etc.
Pay: Pay range is $14/hr. - $17/hr. Depending on Experience (part-time and full-time opportunities are available)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer questions and help solve issues about the platform (customer service & support)
- Communicate directly with customers to answer questions and address issues through email, text message, live chat, video chat, and other channels.
- Assist to educate users on how to use our platform based on their specific needs
- Assist and make recommendations to clients in creating follow up campaigns (i.e: helping with text messages, email or voicemail scripts).
- Answer questions troubleshoot and lookup data for clients via Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords.
Requirements:
-You have excellent computer skills (must be really tech-savvy)
-Excellent customer service and people skills
-Excellent organization and project management skills
-You are described as decisive, collaborative, flexible, accommodating, supportive, able to prioritize quickly, and not easily flustered.
-Have some knowledge and entry-level skills to marketing and sales (to better assist and advise clients).
-Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook recommended.
-Possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
-You possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential.
-You are detail orientated and are able to follow instructions accurately.
-You must be flexible, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
-You must be very familiar with Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels are a PLUS (avid user, understand the basics, and more!)
-You must have excellent writing skills.
