SOI Design Engineer
TLDR
Work on RF IC design using RF CMOS and SOI, applying advanced analog/RF modeling, EM simulations, AMS verification, and Cadence-based layout to deliver high-performance wireless solutions.

Job Description:
- MSEE and over 7 years experience required, Ph.D. preferred
- RF IC Design Experience using RF CMOS and SOI process
- Deep understanding of associated analog and RF circuits
- Deep understanding of RF device modeling, device physics and cellular wireless communication system
- Experience with EM simulation such as HFSS, Clarity and EMX
- Experience with AMS (Analog and Mixed Signal) Verification
- Layout experience using Cadence flow, including LVS, DRC and xRC.
