In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of CRM-related business systems used across ESET’s global network of offices and partners. You will help transform business needs into effective technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business strategy.
Meet the Team
You will become part of the CRM Team, which focuses on business systems supporting customer, sales, and partner-related processes. The team works closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Business System Analysts, Software Engineers, and international colleagues. We value open communication, knowledge sharing, constructive thinking, and the ability to connect business needs with technical possibilities. You will also benefit from collaboration with architects and experts across the wider ESET IT organization.
About the Role
Cooperate on the design and improvement of CRM solutions supporting ESET’s business processes, international offices, and partner network.
Design target solutions, architecture, and interfaces in line with business needs, IT strategy, operational interests, technical standards, and security requirements.
Analyze business requirements, system behavior, integrations, data flows, and impacts on other projects or systems.
Propose improvements to assigned software solutions and support their continuous development.
Prepare solution specifications, documentation, presentations, and updates for project owners, management, and delivery teams.
Actively communicate with internal business owners, Enterprise Architects, Business System Analysts, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders.
Use your analytical and constructive mindset to model solutions that fit both business expectations and system possibilities.
Support planning and coordination of tasks within the team according to superior’s instructions and agreed priorities.
Participate in conceptual, systemic, creative, and methodical activities related to business systems architecture.
Perform other work according to the instructions of the senior employee in accordance with department and company activities.
The role does not include People Management
Essential Requirements
University education — Master’s degree.
At least 3 years of experience in one or more areas of IT solution development, implementation, migration, deployment, support, or operation.
Experience with business systems, system integrations, and business processes.
Experience in analysis and solution design, ideally within the CRM domain.
Proactive communication style, ability to share information openly and clearly.
Ability to cooperate effectively, help others when needed, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to influence others toward achieving common goals.
Strong analytical, logical, and abstract thinking for designing complex solutions.
Ability to prepare technical documentation and clearly present complex technological solutions to business and technical audiences.
English language skills at B2 level, including ability to communicate business and technical topics.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, including configuration, customization, or integration with other systems.
Experience with task management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience with agile methodologies and cooperation with teams of analysts and developers.
Experience with data migration, deployment, and support of enterprise business systems.
Knowledge of enterprise technologies, implementation models, data models, and integration platforms.
Basic wage component (brutto): from 3400 EUR monthly
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
This position is a maternity leave cover.
