Sourcing Manager (China)

Our Supply Chain Department plays a key role in ensuring the stable scaling of the company and the continuity of the production process of our devices, so we are currently looking for a Sourcing Manager in China with knowledge of the Chinese and Ukrainian\russian languages to further strengthen the team.
Requirements:
- Location of the candidate: Shenzhen / Dongguan / Guangzhou / Foshan in China
- Experience in purchasing technical equipment and materials from 1- 2 year
- Basic knowledge in the field of electronic equipment
- Experience with MS Office and Google services
- Spoken Chinese
- The level of English language proficiency is at the Upper-Intermediate level or fluent Ukrainian or russian languages
- Completed higher education (preferably technical)
- Multitasking and managing several projects at the same time
- Ability to identify problems and find their solutions
- Bring the started to the end and convert the time into the result
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with 1C
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
Responsibilities:
- Searching of the components/materials/suppliers according to RnD requests for the NPI (new product implementation) scope
- Negotiations with partners, samples ordering
- Searching for the components replacements
- Visiting of suppliers in urgent cases or for the primary inspection
