About the role
The marketing manager responsibilities include creating, building and analysing the performance of all of our marketing efforts in South America, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all our consumer communications are in line with our brand identity and the company's KPIs.
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience marketing execution, a strong data analysis capability and be able to turn creative ideas into effective projects.
Located in our brand new offices in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, you will be challenged to deliver an aggressive digital based and data driven marketing strategy,
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Your main responsibilities
- Developing the Marketing Strategies:
- Formulate marketing plans and strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives and/or specific brands.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities and target markets.
- Set marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, influencer marketing, live commerce, social media, email marketing, print and traditional media.
- Manage advertising and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and reach the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to optimise results.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and strengthen our owned brands' image and reputation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels, including social media oriented digital content production.
- Identify and utilise cross audience potential between digital assets
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify market shifts and opportunities.
- Conduct customer surveys and analyse customer feedback to gain insights into preferences and expectations.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Allocate resources efficiently to various marketing initiatives while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Analytics:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts
- Analyse web analytics and online campaign metrics to optimise performance.
- Use data driven analytics to optimise every aspect of the digital marketing activity
- Events, brand ambassadors and Influencers:
- Plan and organise marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand exposure and generate leads.
- work closely with sports ambassadors and its activation.
- Manage and grow our Social Media creator pool in order to maximize audience and conversion results
