Specialist – Workday Integration BRZ

The largest brewery in the world has a vacancy open for Specialist – Workday Integration BRZ in the Global Team. This role is accountable for the integrations of AB-InBev’s worldwide Workday HR application.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and maintenance of Workday calculated field, core connectors and studio integrations;
  • Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology;
  • Should have experience in end-to-end development of integrations;
  • Deployment of Change request, Service Requests;
  • Work on Incidents, guarantee the issue resolution and bug fixes within the SLA;
  • Work pro-actively & independently to provide solutions for any issues raised by the Business;
  • Analyse business and regulatory requirements, and recommend sustainable Integrations designs;
  • Develop a high-level expertise across ABIs Workday modules in order to understand how they are built at ABI, and assist all stakeholders once any query or issue arrives;
  • Implement and review enhancements/efficiencies in Workday applications for the integrations in accordance with the business demands and compliance, as well as new WD releases;
  • Work and resolve the issues raised on the applications independently;
  • Work with different functions/towers based on demand basis to save costs from outsourcing to third parties when needed;
  • Configuration and support Workday integrations for global rollouts;
  • Modernize our portfolio via migrating / rebuilding current applications; 
  • Leading risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality;
  • Work on building metadata based on different source files;
  • Should be able to identify and resolve the integration failures;
  • Be part of Project team during different phases of Workday project implementation;
  • Transitioned to Workday DevOps team;
  • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration;
  • Contributes to the development of user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training materials for the Workday system;
  • Develop cross-functional knowledge within Workday to assist other parts of the team when workload balancing is needed;
  • Understand the business needs of the HR process, and apply integrations rules to fit requirements;
  • Be a subject matter expert to the business teams on Workday Integrations, including proposing alternative solutions to improve sustainability of Integrations Design;
  • Maintain effective relationship with stakeholders and address their concerns throughout the monthly processes;
  • Be closely connected with partners and vendors in order to resolve any production issues or change deployments.

Experience & Skills:

  • Solid experience in Project Management with focus on Technology implementation;
  • Bachelors or Masters - Computer Science or Engineering;
  • Solid experience in IT systems, including specific Workday experience;
  • Ideally, trained and experienced in Workday integrations (willing to consider candidates with significant SAP HR Integrations experience);
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting Workday applications on an ongoing basis;
  • Understanding of application change management processes, SSO concepts;
  • Knowledge on incident management tools such as Servicenow/Jira for ticket creation/resolution and Change Management;
  • Experience in Tenant Management is an advantage;
  • Fluent English;
  • Portuguese, Spanish, French, and other major international languages are an advantage.
