As a Sports Trader, you’ll collaborate across teams and play a central role in the implementation of our Sportsbook strategy on our platform. What you’ll do as a Sports Trader:

• Help manage risk and liability of events in line with DraftKings Trading Policy
• Administration and set up of all betting markets
• Risk management of all sports betting offerings
• Work with analytics & customer experience team to Identify VIP customers
• Assist with reporting requirements as directed by Hub Operations manager

 What skills you will use:      

• 1+ years’ experience within a regulated trading room in the sports betting
• Must be passionate about a wide range of sports
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills – ability to understand and calculate odds 
• Results driven – thrives on improving results and profitability
• Quick learner when faced with new situations and respond in a positive manner while under pressure
• Ability to rapidly build relationships and to work in collaboration with other teams and functions across the business
• Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, any day including weekends and holidays
• Ability to take direction from all co-workers 
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be able obtain and be eligible for all required gaming licenses
