As a Sportsbook Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of the marketing team striving to maximize performance in all areas of our sportsbook offering. You will be a sports expert involved in supporting the individual team strategies in both acquisition and retention areas as well as in all the customer’s life cycle journeys.

About the Work

  • Work as part of the central marketing Sportsbook Team to prepare the focus and priority of marketing and operations plans of theScore Bet and ESPN Bet and support the individual team strategies
  • Act as the key POC in the marketing Sportsbook Team to ensure alignment with the Risk & Trading team to support the delivery of the localization strategy for both theScore Bet and ESPN Bet.
  • Work with various stakeholders across marketing such as CRM, Growth & Ops to ensure campaign alignment of brand positioning, messaging and overall marketing strategy.
  • Ability to support the Marketing team to achieve a vibrant and distinctive visual identity across the Sportsbook.
  • Ability to support the marketing team to offer the best-in-class and innovative sports promo offering.
  • Supporting the Commercial team in driving the performance of Sportsbook goals. 
  • Contribute to monitor Acquisition & Retention promotions performance by running weekly / monthly reports and distribute them to relevant teams as appropriate.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy for new market launches.
  • Ensure responsible gaming principles and regulatory compliance are engrained.
  • Collaborate with Insights to support the development of reporting plans.
  • Heavily monitor the market landscape and competition.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Marketing, Business Administration, related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • With a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of working experience (including internships)
  • Knowledge of retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Data-Driven, analytical mindset with strong knowledge of user journeys, CRM and CLV.
  • Creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and operating autonomously as you are working within a larger team.
  • Strong interest in Sports.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and autonomous.
