The Customer Adoption Team is primarily focusing on our production customers. We aim to support our customers to evolve how they use Coupa Treasury. As a highly trained expert you will help our customers to get the most out of the Coupa program while offering proactive guidance to prevent future issues. Customer Adoption Managers are dedicated to the customer’s success.
Specific goals center on the following:
Enhanced Guidance on existing processes and TMS functionalities
Performance Analysis and Health Check of Treasury Management System (TMS)
Release Management and innovation reviews
Training/ Admin Workshops
On a daily basis you will
- Provide strong business and product knowledge in support of driving customer success
- Challenge and deliver best practice assessments for customers to drive adoption and optimize usage of Coupa Treasury
- Lead workshops to provide process and workaround recommendations based on Coupa Treasury knowledge
- Conduct training and Q&A sessions for Admin
- Preparation and Execution of Health Check: offsite analysis of customer’s system.
- Manage incoming queue of customer requests
- Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Treasury Management.
- Present solutions in written and/or oral reports
Our ideal candidate:
- Strong background in TMS (tm5 / Coupa Treasury) experience required
- Treasury management and payments experience required
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required or equivalent related experience (3-6 years in implementation, support or consulting role) – master’s degree a plus
- Understanding of technology planning, implementation and impact on business with In-depth experience of Treasury software is a plus
- Good background in customer/client management
- Strong communication skills including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to customers
- Strong organizational skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment and share best practices regularly
- A bias for action and be comfortable with navigating complexity and ambiguity
- A relentless customer champion, stopping at nothing to ensure their success
