Sr. Director, Product Design
TLDR
Lead a centralized design team to drive pixel-perfect product vision, shepherd designs from ideation to execution, and advance AI-enabled design processes across multiple enterprise-scale projects.
Ability to manage a team of talented designers to deliver strong work on tight schedules
Experience working across multiple projects at once
Identify and prioritize usage scenarios through customer research, competitive analysis, and current user behavior
Analyze insights across a wide range of inputs from data analytics to customer interviews
Create wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows for the organization and executive reviews
Design and drive functional prototypes to prove out interaction models
Strong partnership with engineering and product management to drive shared vision and execution of product plans
Deliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over time
Drive AI Design Research and Development within the team, evolving the Design Process via the use of AI tools and processes
Degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience designing world-class experiences at scale
5+ years experience managing world-class design teams, multiple geographies a plus
Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
Demonstrable fluency with Figma, or equivalent design tool
Solid portfolio of work spanning multiple at-scale projects
Experience with UX for enterprise software products, channels, or marketplaces
Experience or interest in creating style guides, pattern libraries, and other design solutions that drive design across large organizations
Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)
Experience using the latest AI tools to deliver high-quality, end-to-end user scenarios at scale
Experience in leading the transformation of Design teams towards Agentic Design processes
Willingness to roll up the sleeves and lead by example when required
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent collaborative skills
Base salary range: $216,522 - $297,652
Employees may also be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
