Sr. IAM Consultant - MSP

Position : Sr. IAM Consultant Experience : 8-12 years Department: MSP Team Primary Responsibilities:  Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes  Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IdentityNow solutions  Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary  Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC  Troubleshoot and maintain IDN solutions including product support  Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience ● Extensive development experience in Sailpoint IdentityNow ● Experience and Exposure of using / exposing RESTful APIs using Sailpoint IdentityNow technologies ● Experience in configuring OOTB connectors (connected & disconnected), transforms, certification rules, lifecycle rules developments, Password Management. ● Experience in IDN and Okta SSO integration. ● Experience in integration with ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy etc. ● Able to develop custom connectors to integrate on-prem custom applications ● Experience working with multiple IAM-related technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications. ● Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: o Identity Governance & Administration o Access Management o SSO/Federation ● Experience working in a hybrid cloud and on-premise environment ● Exposure to CI / CD practices and tools (such as Jenkins). ● Work in an Agile environment as part of a multidisciplinary team. ● Documenting and conducting unit testing ● Delivery of technical design documentation ● 8+ year of experience with IAM administration/implementation Knowledge Requirements ● Knowledge of Java or similar object-oriented programming language ● Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.) ● Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.) ● Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow) ● Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms ● Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.) ● Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)
