About the Role:

As our Senior Product Manager, you will lead the future of our mission-driven clinical & billing platforms, driving innovation and delivering impactful features and enhancements that delight our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with talented product designers, engineers, and business operations teams to achieve our vision and create world-class products.

We want our Senior Product Manager to help us achieve this goal by being an outcome-driven leader and partnering with cross-functional teams to measure success and continuously improve our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct continuous product discovery to gather customer insights, identify pain points, and discover new opportunities to improve our products.
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that drive clinical workflows and workflow automation, with a focus on outcomes over outputs.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure success and drive product decisions, analyzing user behavior to identify areas for improvement and updating product roadmaps accordingly.
  • Partner with product design teams to create user-centric designs that are visually appealing and easy to use.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, taking into account technical considerations.
  • Work closely with business operations teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Drive A/B testing and other experiments to improve Net Promoter Score of our applications across the different customer segments of Clinicians, Care Coordinators and Billers
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to measure success based on outcomes, not just outputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in health-tech product management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products to increase customer satisfaction scores.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and product analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
  • Passionate about building great products and solving customer problems.
  • Driven by a mission to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Familiarity with continuous product discovery processes is a great plus!
  • Ability to focus on outcomes over outputs and partner with cross-functional teams to measure success based on outcomes.
