About the Role
The Revenue Operations team at Highspot is at the intersection of Marketing, Account Development, Sales, Services, and Finance. The Revenue Operations - Platforms team manages the project prioritization and framing, evaluation, implementation, administration, infrastructure, security, and optimization of all go-to-market tools and technology. 

We are growing fast and need a Salesforce Administrator to design, develop, and manage our Salesforce instance. This role will work closely with our Business Partners, Salesforce Administration Team, and other key stakeholders to deliver a world-class CRM experience.

The ideal candidate for this position takes a collaborative, strategic approach to designing and building solutions. The person we’re looking for is methodical in understanding the situation, impact, and recommending potential solutions. The person has strong communication skills and acknowledges and balances the different needs of all relevant stakeholders. They are able to clearly present best practices, system limitations and design elements in a way that provides clear direction and rationale.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
As a Salesforce Administrator at Highspot, you will demonstrate technical and subject matter expertise by presenting scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will perform hands-on technical design, solution architecture, and development tasks as well as create and maintain detailed technical documentation. We will look to this person to seek out ways to leverage the Salesforce platform to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support the rapid scaling of our high-growth organization.

As Salesforce Administrator, you will:

  • Partner with our team of business partners to help stakeholders realize their vision in Salesforce leveraging a low-code approach to design that reflects insight and good judgment, balancing flexibility, simplicity, and scalability.
  • Work alongside an experienced team of Salesforce admins. 
  • Act as a consultant to the business, identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
  • Manage integrations and implement new tools for our go-to-market teams. 
  • Respond to support tickets and troubleshoot Salesforce errors and bugs as needed.

Your Background

  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator and multiple certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ experience nice to have.
  • Experience automating solutions with Flow and comfortable with all current or recently-released platform features and capabilities.
  • Experience implementing and configuring connected apps, managed packages and supporting API integrations.
  • Thorough understanding of how to work within system limitations.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle and release management process.
  • Experience partnering with and designing solutions for go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to cover a range of activities; from C-level presentations and live demonstrations to hands-on, data deep-dives with internal teams.
  • An understanding of traditional B2B sales, opportunity lifecycle management, quote to cash process and forecasting.
  • Experience in quality assurance, user acceptance test planning and execution.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex system functionality for the business user and for leadership.

Base salary range: $118,000 - $204,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
