Sr. Technical Recruiter

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our core engineering leadership; you’ll focus on building and scaling our fast growing engineering teams. Your role is to lead the candidate experience for our later stage candidates as well as partner closely with our engineering leadership to build a long-term talent strategy. You will report to the Manager, Recruiting - Engineering and Product.

The impact you will have:

• Apply your experience and knowledge to meet our Technical hiring needs and develop unique hiring strategies and interview criteria
• Partner closely with our sourcing and coordination teams to strategize in engaging talent pipelines for multiple engineering teams
• Create closing approaches to manage partner expectations through market data
• Lead the business with data to promote future workforce planning decisions and accurate forecasting
• Be passionate about providing excellent candidate experience and periodically review experiential data to enhance our offering
• Consult and support engineering hiring partners; help them build a hiring strategy

What we look for:

• 5- 7 years experience recruiting in technical recruiting ideally within the Enterprise, SaaS, Data or AI space 
• Referenceable success in scaling a high-growth software company
• Knowledge of technical departments and how to navigate and support them
• Passion for recruiting related Data; such as, but not limited to funnel metrics
• Prior experience working with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking System
