Own end-to-end IT recruitment for enterprise-scale roles, leveraging internet-based tools and a fast-paced sourcing model to meet daily submittal targets.
Desired Profile:
- At least 4-6 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US market from India
- Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
- Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.).
- Should be aggressive and quick learner
- Strong communication and inter personal skills
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
- Willing to work under pressure
- Responsible for servicing IT requirements from US based clients.
- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice etc)
- Making job postings on the Job Portal/s.
- Should be able to work on W2, 1099, C2C requirement.
- Maintaining Database on Daily basis.
- Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.
