Accountabilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions aligned with business and technology objectives
  • Provide technical leadership across ERP initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solution delivery
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Drive system integration, customization, and optimization efforts across ERP platforms and related enterprise applications
  • Establish and promote engineering best practices, code quality standards, and solution governance frameworks
  • Review technical designs and implementations to ensure performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability
  • Mentor engineers and support the growth of technical capabilities across teams
  • Contribute to strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Requirements:

    • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms and enterprise application ecosystems
    • Strong expertise in ERP architecture, development, customization, integration, and deployment
    • Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology projects and technical teams
    • Deep understanding of software engineering principles, enterprise architecture, and system design best practices
    • Experience integrating ERP solutions with business-critical applications and third-party platforms
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to address complex business and technical challenges
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and influence technical decision-making across projects
    • Experience working in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise modernization programs
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environments
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
