Staff Front-end Engineer (TW Web)

Role Overview  

As a Staff Front-end Engineer, you will design scalable UI architectures and lead the production landing of AI applications to drastically boost team engineering efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications  

• Expert mastery of Web fundamentals, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks to drive complex client-side architecture design.
• Proven track record of landing AI applications in production, including AI harness engineering, RAG systems, and intelligent Agent workflows.
• Strong focus on driving team productivity through automated AI tooling and optimizing agent token/cost efficiency.
• Professional English proficiency: Fluent in reading/writing for technical alignment, with comfortable listening/speaking skills for global collaboration.

Recruitment Process 

To respect the candidate's time, we aim to consolidate the technical rounds into a single afternoon session where possible. The process consists of 4 Technical Rounds + 1 Hiring Manager Round:

1. Coding Interview (Round 1): Hands-on programming and problem-solving.
2. Coding Interview (Round 2): Deep-dive JavaScript/Framework problem-solving.
3. System Architecture Interview: Evaluating client-side architecture design and scalability for C-end systems.
4. Technical Evaluation Round: Focused on AI application landing, RAG/Agent workflows, and efficiency tooling.
5. Hiring Manager Interview: Cultural fit, alignment on Leadership Principles, and strategic discussion.
