Staff Program Manager

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for global programs in alignment with HR Objectives and priorities.

  • Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across different regions and departments to ensure alignment of resources and support for program objectives

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within HR and across the organization to drive program success, integration, and adoption across Freshworks

  • Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate the organization's and stakeholders' readiness for upcoming changes, identifying potential barriers and risks. 

  • Communication and Training: Facilitate clear and timely communication among global teams (with HR and across the organization), providing updates, sharing insights, and addressing concerns to ensure transparency and alignment. Develop and deliver clear and concise communication materials, including presentations, emails, and FAQs, to inform stakeholders about changes and their impact. Coordinate training programs to build capability and ensure a smooth transition to new processes or systems.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring minimal impact on program outcomes.  Proactively identify sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address them, including coaching and mentoring leaders and supporting impacted employees. 

  • Resource allocation: Effectively manage resources, including budget, manpower, and technology, to support program objectives and deliverables. 

  • Program measurement: establish key performance indicators, metrics, and instruments to measure the success of programs, track progress, and report on outcomes to stakeholders

  • Continuous improvement: continuously assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance future initiatives

Compliance and Governance: work with internal partners in legal and FP&A  to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards governing global programs and establish governance structures to support effective decision-making and oversight.

  • Proven experience delivering programs and managing change on a global scale

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward common goals, comfortable leading without direct authority. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex challenges and  translate vision into actionable plans that drive results

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity and change

  • PMP certification or a similar equivalent is a plus
