Store Manager - Berlin (m/f/d)

• Operational management of your store in Berlin and ensuring optimal workflows, including monitoring and control of store productivity as well as compliance with store KPIs (e.g. delivery time)
• Implementation of personnel and resource planning, including personnel deployment planning
• Responsibility for recruiting, managing and developing your store staff (shift leaders, pickers and riders) with the aim of achieving excellent team performance and employee satisfaction
• In addition to the store manager duties, you will actively participate in the day-to-day business e.g. managing incoming shipments, inventories, ensure optimal product quality (our store opening hours are from Mo-Sa, 8am-11pm; we work in shifts)
• Responsibility for the entire stock management and all related processes 
• Responsibility for compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and commitment to the success of our company

• Several years of experience in the retail/gastronomy/delivery service sector as (deputy/assistant) store manager, branch manager, restaurant manager, shift manager, service manager, delivery service manager or comparable experience
• Management experience desirable
• Commercial understanding coupled with entrepreneurial spirit 
• Leadership, strong communication skills with various stakeholders and confident appearance
• Fluent German and English
