About the Role
We’re looking for a an experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Enterprise Sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and has a positive attitude with a passion for building robust customer relationships and closing high 6 figures and above new business opportunities.
The Enterprise Account Executive must have the confidence, ability and experience to negotiate and close agreements with clients and support new customers through our on-boarding process. As part of the team, you will be positioned right in the middle of the exploding data based economy and will develop and maintain a highly desired knowledge of Fivetran’s solutions and the business value they bring to our customers. As part of the Sales team, you will be part of a fast paced startup environment driven to exceed performance objectives.
This is a full-time position based out of our London Office
Technologies You’ll Use
- Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn,
- Google Workspace, Okta, Workday,
- Xactly , looker and Ironclad.
What You’ll Do
- Drive consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement working with a virtual team.
- Collaborate with channel partners and develop superior solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Determine customer requirements and present appropriate solutions that address both technical and business requirements.
- Effectively communicate through excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Manage a territory/Book of business of no more than 10 accounts
Skills We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of field sales experience selling into large Enterprise Organizations preferably Global 2000 and/or Fortune 500
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop and close 7 figure New Business deals
- A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement in excess of 100% for 3 - 4 successive financial years
- Demonstrable Experience collaborating and developing relationships with channel partners specifically Technology partners and solution integrators
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions using a known value selling approach/framework
Bonus Skills
- Mastery of at least one sales methodology such as MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, Miller Heiman or Command of the Message etc
- Data Integration and/or related data management or BI & Analytics knowledge
