About FamPay
With FamPay, teens can save, earn and pay using UPI, P2P, and card payments without the need to set up a bank account. They get a personalized UPI ID, a numberless prepaid card, and a payment link as well. FamPay aims at making banking smooth and fun for children. Users send money with FamPay just like they send pictures on Instagram.
Founded in 2019 by IIT Roorkee alumni and backed by some of the most respected investors around the world - Y-Combinator, Sequoia, Venture Highway, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Amrish Rao as angels. We are on a mission to drive 250 Million+ Indian teenagers on a smooth and fun-filled journey from cash to digital. About this role
We just don't collaborate, we partner with brands!
As a Brand Partnerships manager, you’ll be responsible for helping FamPay define success by building a strategy across all of FamPay's products and initiatives to synergize with various stakeholders that can align with our vision. Additionally, you will also be following through to ensure it happens.
You will leverage FamPay's external side and agency relationships, consultative approach, and should have a deep understanding of our assets — product as well as our target users — to act as a strategic partner in the industry. Interested in becoming the face of the company? Apply now!
On the Job
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to brands outreach and relationship management
- Develop and execute partnerships strategy for product offerings, including established and nascent aspects of FinTech business
- Partner with businesses that help reinforce the brand position and drive user growth
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Collaborate & lead immediate and cross functional team members to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships and the deployment
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Mentor and manage execution teams interacting with our customers and internal stakeholders to deliver goals as per partner agreement
- Drive automation of processes across channels for enhanced customers experience
- Design and implement necessary analytics to measure and optimize Partnerships
- Continuously review procedures, controls, and systems to give recommendations for improvements in quality, efficiency & TAT.
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working in a Brand partnerships & alliances team, preferably in front facing roles
- Prior experience of having worked on strategic brand deals
- Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate, coordinate and problem solve with external partners
- Strong research skills to be able to evaluate opportunities from strategic, brand, financial, and operational perspectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse teams
- Strong team player with excellent track record of success in high matrix, fast-paced environments with changing priorities
