Strategic Finance Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work closely with the Capital Markets, Credit and Bank Engineering teams to forecast the cash position for our business
• Own the capital partner reporting daily and monthly responsibilities
• Develop a keen understanding of our loan portfolio and internal cash movements 
• Assist with building out functionality on the existing capital partner portal and vetting the launch of incremental partnerships
• Provide cash flow forecasts to support corporate finance modeling and capital allocation considerations
• Work on a lean team and play an instrumental role in defining key company processes and decisions

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• 1+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.)
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
• Experience writing and reviewing SQL Queries
• Basic understanding of a lending P&L and various capital structures is a plus
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Enough laziness to find a faster way to do your least favorite tasks
