Deliveroo owns the end-to-end logistics through a fleet of drivers to deliver the food in an average of 30 minutes. Our app and website allow users to conveniently track their order.

We personally curate a high-quality and diverse selection of restaurants: this can range from a top neighbourhood Italian trattoria to well-regarded national burger chain. The only thing you will not find on Deliveroo is low-quality takeaway restaurants.

You will be part of building a much-loved service that can be used by anyone - from students to busy professionals - and you will establish partnerships with other amazing brands to help bring the Deliveroo brand to life and push the business to grow even further.

THE ROLE

  • Reporting to the Head of Global Partnerships, you'll focus on building and owning consumer marketing partnerships on a regional and international scale, working tightly with internal teams at our London HQ and across our international markets.
  • Helping set the partnership strategy, you’ll research sectors and identify partnership structures that can help us achieve our business objectives. You’ll identify and review opportunities, pitch Deliveroo to brands, manage inbounds and negotiate and recruit new partnerships.
  • Relationship building with existing partner brands, evaluating existing partnerships and analysing ways to amplify the existing relationship.
  • Lead on developing and executing on partnership campaigns from initial pitch to final execution: you’ll own the process, and work closely with our internal teams (such as CRM, creative campaigns, content, PR, business intelligence and product) to execute the partnership vision. You’ll oversee everything from contract negotiation through to the creation of digital and physical activations.
  • Focus on the details - proposals, external presentations and pitches, partner reporting, internal reporting - whilst maintaining a focus on the big picture and the overall direction of the team within the company.
  • Creative marketing - in addition to more strategic partnerships, you’ll use the partnership channel to get people talking about Deliveroo and work closely with the creative campaigns team to build exciting brand awareness partnerships.
  • Building and scaling partnerships to one of the most significant customer acquisition sources for Deliveroo.
