We are looking for a Strategy & Growth Manager who will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of high-impact and mission-critical projects. The role will suit someone who enjoys working across a variety of initiatives and who can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational execution. This role will report directly to the CEO of HealthHero.

Strategy

o Reviewing and communicating to key stakeholders and wider business

o Strategy execution and support for projects focused on implementation of agreed strategy (ie. Chronic care for France)

o Analysis of strategically important initiatives (ie. Chronic care project, Mental health project)

o Ensuring that cross-market collaboration is occurring and key initiatives move forward (ie. Tribes, Tech Platform project)

Governance

o Responsible for preparation and oversight of quarterly business reviews, monthly meetings and monthly company All Hands

o Setting up KPIs for each market annually in collaboration with Finance team

o Preparation for annual leadership offsite (HIVE) including organising agenda, theme, keynote speakers, and business presentations etc

Investor Relations

o Creation of investor slide decks, analysis, etc

M&A Activity

o Screening of targets

o Meeting with potential targets

• Company branding/website

Requirements

Previous experience within a Chief of Staff role desirable

Experience within a strategy consultancy

MBA or equivalent would be advantageous

Experience working for a corporate company.

Experience with working in fast-paced, ever-changing scale-ups

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

Proactive and creative problem-solving skills

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Positive, can-do mindset

Able to be strategic and also get hands-on with operational execution

Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
