Core responsibilities

The Unlock 25 strategy office will be our central support structure, designed to support the change and the delivery of initiatives within the strategic scope. The Strategy Officer will have two main responsibilities and will be supported by 1 – 2 junior associates.

First being the program lead for our healthy performance initiative:

• Assessing current projects and reporting practices in BG’s, aligning on tooling and templates
• Preparing and leading meetings with BG point of contacts
• Initiating and leading the cadence of learning, sharing best practices and most of all execution
• Defining and supporting BG reporting structure
• Providing PMO (project management office) support to smaller BG’s.

Secondly supporting the strategy execution process:

• Monitoring and improving the strategy execution process
• Ensuring efficient and timely decision making on strategic deliverables
• Identifying and removing hurdles to realize the strategic goals
• Initiate skills development and sharing of best practices and expertise between the initiatives and BG’s
• Avoiding re-inventing the wheel or double work
• Informing the relevant stakeholders on the progress in strategy execution
• Sharing and celebrating successes in the strategy execution.
