Strategy & Operations Manager

Olo’s Strategy and Operations Manager will lead and implement efforts in strategy, operating excellence and execution. This individual will report to the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations and work alongside the Olo C-Suite, Executive Team, and cross-functional leaders to develop, execute, and measure corporate strategy, product roadmaps, and operating plans. This individual will also partner with other senior leaders to inform and assist in driving the growth agenda of the company, based on its overall strategic priorities.

You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC on the 82nd floor of One World Trade Center.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Planning
  • Assist with strategic planning activities by providing data insights into key deliverables and hypothesis that will inform Olo’s strategy, priorities, and execution plans
  • Strategic Initiatives
  • Manage corporate strategic initiatives (e.g. integration workstreams, corporate priorities) and operational improvements, and special projects, leveraging program and project management best practices as needed
  • transition plans and seamlessly transition processes to Business As Usual as applicable
  • Data Analysis
  • Conduct quantitative research and data analysis to test hypotheses, answer tough questions, and develop strategic insights
  • Own the process from gathering data to communicating results
  • Operations and Management Reporting
  • Responsible for ongoing management and KPI reporting and insights
  • Provide ad hoc data insights and reporting to support strategic priorities
  • Identify and advise on company-wide opportunities for optimizing critical business process flows with a goal of increasing pace of innovation, generating organizational efficiencies and improving customer experience

What We'll Expect From You

  • 4+ years with business operations and data analytics/business intelligence experience likely spanning Consulting, Strategy, Product, Operations, Finance, or Integration
  • Ability to drive high-quality data driven decisions and influence decisive action
  • Advanced data analytics skills, experience using Looker or other reporting tools and excel/Google Sheets
  • A desire to roll-up your sleeves to see projects through to completion
  • Experience in the technology, consulting, or financial services industries
  • Demonstrated experience in the restaurant technology industry is a plus
