As the Line Producer at Hims & Hers, you are in a key role within a small team of creative thinkers and doers to produce anything from small content, social and print shoots to live action productions in our in-house studio. You’ll be working on a variety of fun & innovative projects to drive our growth by elevating the execution of content through pre-production, production, and post-production. You’ll play a significant role in managing the many facets of production from booking crew and talent to managing shoots, budgets, timelines, final asset delivery and billing. You will partner with the Heads of Creative & Production to help shape the studio content team and work. This position is location specific to the Brooklyn, NY area and will require the person to be onsite most days of the week. This position is not remote eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Produce video and photo shoots, seeing them through post production
• Bring fresh ideas for content solutions; discovering and recommending artists for collaboration and providing a strong point-of-view for producing new content
• Be passion-driven and self-starting for delivering top-notch creative, using your eye for detail and acumen for process to guide solutions across various media
• A positive attitude while managing multiple projects to and through shoot day is rough, but you approach it all with a smile and good vibes, building relationships and trust along the way
• Great communication skills by following up meetings with detailed notes and action items, you circle back, check in, double check and follow up – you over communicate to make sure everyone is moving ahead and on the same page
• Managing a physical studio
• Being on site when needed
• Coordinating with vendors and other 3rd parties
• Manage the finances of the studio that ladder up into a larger P&L

Experience/Skills:

• 5 + years experience in multi-media production, especially video and photography, with competency in post-production, including edit, color, animation, music and sound
• A demonstrable history of problem solving that bring innovative solutions to production that are on time and on budget
• Background in a variety of creative and operational areas (shoot production, project management, studio operations)
• Experience with multiple camera formats and understand lighting and composition.
• A keen eye and attention to detail
• Ability to assist in supervising small video shoots, from pre-production, casting, and scouting locations to on-set assistance with styling and procuring props, etc.
• Juggling many things at one time
• Strong logistical skills in planning and coordinating
• Detail oriented
