Stylist (Marketing)
As a Stylist on the Threads Fashion team you’ll be reporting into the Fashion Director and support the wider fashion team to produce best-in-class outfits and engaging visual content for our editorial channels. You will play an integral part in visually communicating our brand as an authority on styling and fashion knowledge, while helping us maximise our luxury fashion sales. You will take a social first approach to styling, knowing the brands and products that are of-the-moment and in-demand, driving engagement and commercial value through your content.
Salary for this role is between £28-33k per annum depending on experience

Flexible Working Policy
This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 2 days a week together in the office with an extra level of flexibility to attend on site, on location or in studio shoots throughout the week.
We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.
You Will:
- Styling multiple Threads social shoots per week, and ad hoc campaign shoots as required
- Styling flat lays and shopping edits weekly to service email and DTC channels whilst working with the wider content team on concepts and mood boards for briefs that support commercial targets
- Supporting assistants with daily tasks and directing them on their schedule for the day
- Assisting the Fashion Director on the day to day with requests, being primary on-set lead , pulling seasonal trends and trends presentations as required.
- Be confident in styling across all departments including Fine Jewellery, Evening wear and contemporary for both Website and social channels understanding the point of difference across them..
- Comfortable with featuring in Threads content and consider working on your own styling to camera franchise.
Requirements
You Have:
- Previous experience styling in an editorial/luxury fashion role
- A good understanding of luxury brands, trends and luxury commerce landscape
- A good understanding of style influencers and eye for the up and comers within the industry.
- Capable of creating a strong styling output, even working to tight deadlines.
- Native use of social media platforms, specifically - Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook and Whatsapp.
- Experience working with models on set.
