TLDR
Design and evaluate AI-driven finance scenarios reflecting Indian regulatory frameworks to improve AI understanding of financial systems.
- Create realistic finance-related scenarios in Odia reflecting Indian financial systems, including compliance, audit, risk management, investment analysis, and financial reporting tasks.
- Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess financial reasoning, regulatory compliance, analytical accuracy, and professional decision-making quality.
- Review AI-generated and human-generated outputs for factual correctness, regulatory alignment, and financial integrity.
- Provide expert feedback and contribute to the development of “gold standard” financial solutions aligned with Indian financial best practices.
- Ensure scenarios reflect real-world financial workflows, institutional standards, and regulatory frameworks within India’s financial ecosystem.
- Native-level proficiency in Odia with strong professional proficiency in English.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance or financial services, including areas such as compliance, audit, risk management, investment analysis, or financial structuring.
- Strong understanding of Indian financial systems, products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance environments such as central banking systems and capital market authorities.
- Ability to produce and evaluate high-quality financial content with strong analytical and numerical accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to assess complex financial reasoning objectively.
