Supply Chain Intern
TLDR
Support end-to-end PO and supplier data management while delivering data-driven insights to optimize supply chain processes.
Role
Supply Chain Intern will be responsible for supporting purchase order and distribution order management while ensuring data integrity and timely maintenance of receipt schedules and goods-in-transit records. Will assist in maintaining and updating supplier master data and support data analysis.
Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management
- Purchase order and Distribution order release /amendment
- Purchase orders receipts dates Maintenance
- Goods in Transit Sheet maintenance
Supplier Master Data
- Coordinates ordering/planning parameter changes in ERP under governance from Supply Chain Manager and Buyer.
- Reviews and updates supplier master data including lead times in ERP under governance from Supply Chain Manager
Data Analysis:
- Data cleaning, validation, and transformation to improve reporting accuracy
- Assist in MIS reports, Presentations and Root Cause analysis
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in materials planning, inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office with preferred advance Excel capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
