Supply Chain Project Manager and Analyst

Chain Project Manager & Analyst to join us in building the next generation of
intimates.
Position
SKIMS is seeking a candidate for a newly created position within our Logistics and
Operations team. Seeking an individual with superior project management and
analytical skills and experience. This position is critical in supporting company strategies
for exponential growth and establishing operational excellence.
Responsibilities
· Synthesize and connect data from several sources into manageable data points to
support sales, operations, and logistics.
· Ability to summarize and highlight key findings from all analysis performed for
senior management review.
· Create Operational and Logistical KPIs and executive dashboards for transparency
and action.
· Analyze inbound/outbound logistics, & all warehousing data to optimize costs and
service.
· Manage operations and logistics projects, creating project trackers with deadlines
and tasks with clear communication of milestones, roles/responsibilities and
deadlines.
· Coordination with vendors and carriers and maintaining inputs in ERP systems.
· Collaborate with cross functional departments for operational data within NetSuite
and order management systems.
· Update and provide operational metrics daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
· Collaborate with warehouse regarding daily operations to maximize efficiency and
inventory accuracy.
· Assist in inventory reconciliation and other month-end close processes.
· Assist in providing bi-weekly, monthly operational cost reporting
Required Skills
· Strong project management, and analytical background
· Outstanding problem-solving experience, using data to identify an issue,
implement a course of action, and seeing it through to completion.
· Ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to prioritize tasks on a short- and long-term basis.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with
internal and external customers.
· Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word,
Outlook, PowerPoint - experience with creating executive presentations), Power BI,
Looker, Tableau
· Time management and organizational skills
· Strong relationship skills with collaborative mind-set and responsiveness
· Ability to quickly learn new applications and processes.
· Growth-Mindset, learning attitude and curiosity.
· Demonstrable capability to analyze and collect data without clear direction,
including cross-reference data validation with critical attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management,
or related field
· 3-5 years of related work experience including data analysis and project
management within the logistics, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing field
necessary
· Must be a critical thinker, self-starter, with strong problem solving skills.
· NetSuite experience is preferred.
· Apparel ecommerce and wholesale experience is highly preferred
