About the Role
As an Advertisers Support Specialist, you will support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by providing assistance across multiple communication channels. You'll help clients with product-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have the best possible experience with their advertising solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, technology, and delivering excellent customer service while developing expertise in digital advertising solutions.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Turkish (C1/C2)
• English level B2 or above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience or interest in Digital Marketing or Google Advertising.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.

Benefits

What We Offer
Salary: 1436.16 € gross/month  + Extra Bonus
Employment Contract

• Initial 12-month contract.
• Renewable for an additional 12 months.
• Permanent contract after two years, based on performance.
  

Working Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
• Rotative Shifts
• On-site in Lisbon.
