Systems Administrator

Overview:

Within Cardif corporate, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Level 3 support position for our Windows Infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and evolution of our Windows infrastructure.

What will you do?

•  Support Ansible Tower infrastructure
• Ensure the stability and security of Centrify and Trellix solutions
• Provide regional IT support and perform infrastructure patching
• Support and monitor the Centrify solution, ensuring seamless integration with our Linux infrastructure
• Handle Level 3 incidents and requests for all European subsidiaries, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Handle infrastructure patching and provide an extensive report of this activity

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Notions in French
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure Architecture (network, DNS, DHCP, security, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Architecture (OS, WSUS, Ansible, Centrify)
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible (non mandatory but preferable)
• Scripting skills in Powershell, Ansible, Python
• BMC Discovery Asset Management
• PowerBI
• Familiarity with project methodology (planning, deliverables, risk, reporting)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise language
• Dynamic and resilient, with a strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Synthetic mind, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
