Pay $22.00 per hour
Working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Booster Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling booster systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, hydraulic piping systems, blueprint reading, and the use of hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
Job Duties:
- Assemble booster systems and related equipment according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Cut, drill, tap, and thread steel components as required.
- Perform pipe and valve assemblies.
- Install pumps, motors, piping, valves, and associated components.
- Perform electrical component installation, including control panels, motors, conduit, and wiring as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to ensure product quality and on-time completion.
- Accurately record labor and production activities in the manufacturing system.
- Verify assemblies meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly, and mechanical drawings.
- Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand tools and light power tools.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Able to do basic computer tasks.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
