TLDR

Design and optimize an Okta-based IAM solution, streamline identity lifecycles, and collaborate across HR and IT to ensure secure, scalable access management.

  • Design, implement and continuously improve our Okta-based IAM solution
  • Optimize and maintain identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), ensuring consistent provisioning, updates and deprovisioning of user accounts and access rights across systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot identity and access flows to identify and resolve issues across the IAM landscape
  • Build and optimize automations using Okta Workflows
  • Design and improve integrations between Okta and connected systems
  • Contribute to role mining activities and design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) concepts
  • Support and drive IAM-related projects of different sizes, from smaller improvements to larger initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, IT, business teams) to translate business and regulatory requirements into IAM solutions
  • 3+ years of professional experience focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering
  • Proven experience implementing and operating enterprise IAM solutions, with hands-on experience in Okta
  • Experience with identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), including provisioning, updates and deprovisioning across systems
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining flows in Okta
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
  • Good understanding of identity and access management concepts (e.g. SSO, RBAC, federation)
  • Experience with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell or similar), ideally in the context of IAM processes
  • Strong experience in documenting IAM processes, workflows and system architecture
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID is a strong plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
