Our Talent Acquisition function is transforming and we are looking for a recent graduate to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a fixed-term contract.

What might your day look like with us?
- Delivering high quality and efficient end to end recruitment administration in support of your Recruitment and HR Advisors.
- Ensure successful recruitment outcomes through efficient and high quality delivery of service.
- Coordination of interviews, pre-employment checking and preparing recruitment documentation.
- Support candidates through the process, ensuring high quality candidate care where required.
- Provide key support during our busy award winning graduate recruitment campaign, assisting with coordination and event management.
Enough about us, lets talk about you
- You have a passion for people –having majored in Human Resources or similar (Understanding or background in Business/Commerce/Law is a plus)
- An exceptionally high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise and effectively manage expectations and meet business deadlines.
- To be comfortable maintaining a high level confidentiality around sensitive information.
- An ability to follow processes and seek ways to improve these.
- An appreciation that being a team player is a guaranteed way to succeed.
- An enthusiastic self-starter with a desire to join a high-performance environment focused on people.
- A love of technology - with exceptional computer skills
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Someone who is comfortable operating within an ambiguous and dynamic business environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
