Talent Acquisition Coordinator
TLDR
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced global team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience across multiple time zones.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including job postings, offer letter coordination, reporting, and document organization.
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, including updates, follow-ups, and assessment coordination.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and process efficiency.
- Support recruiters and coordinators in improving workflows, documentation, and recruitment processes.
- Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding coordination in collaboration with People Operations teams.
- Provide occasional support for onsite or virtual interview logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
- 1–3+ years of experience in HR coordination, Talent Acquisition support, recruitment operations, or People Operations roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate-facing communications and data.
- Ability to work night shifts or support US/UK time zones (IST evening/night hours).
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn recruitment operations tools and processes.
