Your mission within Kantox
Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge and shape our talent acquisition strategy? We're looking for a TA leader who can balance strategy creation and people management duties with hands-on recruiting. The half of the time allocated to your duties will be put on developing innovative TA strategies and fostering a high-performance culture within the recruitment team, wheras the other part will be focused on actively hiring for various business and tech positions. The TA Lead will be the main collaborator with the senior leadership team to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in the hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TA partners (Gemma & Giuseppe, + indirectly 1 TA Intern) to achieve high performance and meet hiring goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies short and long term to attract and hire top talent for both Business and Tech - special focus on opening new markets
- Implement and optimize recruitment vendors and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the recruitment budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient recruitment practices.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by continually refining our processes and adopting the latest industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to develop comprehensive workforce planning strategies to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs to develop tailored recruitment plans, providing guidance and regular training sessions.
- Work on the collaboration strategy between BNPP and Kantox.
- Talent Sourcing:
- Work on a sourcing strategy to build your pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
Requirements
Who you are:
- You have 8+ years of proven work experience in full-cycle recruitment in preferably both Tech & Business;
- You have at least 2+ years of experience managing small TA teams.
- Naturally skilled in influencing others, be it Hiring Managers, C-levels or candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Excellent level of English
- BSc in Human Resources or relevant field
