Talent Acquisition Manager

- Own and execute an outbound-first talent acquisition strategy for early careers and client services hiring across North America.
- Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines by identifying and engaging passive talent through non-traditional channels and competitive talent communities.
- Develop scalable sourcing playbooks and structured recruitment processes to improve consistency, speed, and quality of hire.
- Lead campus and university engagement strategy across Ontario, building strong partnerships with academic institutions, student organizations, and career networks.
- Design and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract high-potential early talent.
- Optimize recruitment funnel performance through data analysis, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvements.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic hiring insights, workforce planning input, and data-driven recruitment recommendations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and execution excellence.
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership or team management role within a fast-growing organization.
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring, ideally within early careers, client services, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record of building outbound sourcing strategies and campus recruitment programs from the ground up.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives such as events, content creation, or ambassador programs.
- Deep familiarity with the Toronto and Ontario university talent ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Strong data literacy with experience using recruitment metrics to optimize funnel performance and hiring outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Tech-forward mindset with comfort using modern recruiting tools, including AI-enabled sourcing and automation solutions.
- Strong candidate-centric approach, ensuring high-quality and meaningful candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
- Competitive salary within a CAD $80,000–$100,000 range
