THE ROLE

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full cycle recruiting process. You’ll be hands on with recruitment, sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, whilst developing talent acquisition strategies around our strong culture, competitive benefits and our brand. Your thoughtful approach to both attract and retain specialists, managers and the future leadership of our company will be pivotal in setting the stage for this next phase of growth for our company.

$100k - $115k

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor. 
  • Assist with writing job descriptions, posting roles, and making strategic recommendations on a search.
  • Lead the full cycle recruiting process.
  • Manage headcount budget and hiring plan.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to the candidate cycle.
  • Work with our Chief Financial Officer to determine a market rate salary for each new hire.
  • Identify efficiencies to streamline the recruiting process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Create a customized search strategy for each job and adjust as needed.
  • Identify and engage active and passive candidates utilizing a variety of creative sourcing techniques.
  • Continually build and maintain a strong network to compliment other strategic sourcing.
  • Review and evaluate all applicants and candidates to assess potential fit for a position and communicate with all candidates accordingly.
  • Create thoughtful interview screening questions and use a variety of appropriate interviewing techniques to identify candidates that meet the needs of the company.
  • Stay current on industry and recruiting trends.
  • Efficiently manage multiple job requisitions and competing priorities while ensuring work completed is of the highest quality.
  • Consistently embody and demonstrate the company’s Core Values.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure that all candidates have a positive experience.
  • Review applicants and update statuses in the ATS and provide timely and professional communication and feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience working successfully with remote teams in multiple states.
  • Experience with handling multiple requisitions in a quickly growing environment.
  • Tech savvy with experience working in ATS tools like Greenhouse or similar, and other tools like Slack, Asana, Google Workspace. 
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and enable decision-making.
  • Experience using metrics and analytics to inform about the recruiting process.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to effectively disseminate information.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and anticipate challenges and solutions before they arise.
  • This position is fully remote. Some travel required (15%).

COVID-19

OLIPOP requires all employees, unless they have received an approved exemption as an accommodation for a medical issue or sincerely held religious belief, to be “up to date” on their vaccines prior to their date of hire. A person is considered “up to date” on their COVID-19 vaccines after they have received their primary series of doses and their booster shots, when eligible. When a person is not eligible for a booster, they are considered “up to date” two weeks after they receive the final dose of their primary series. When a person is eligible for a booster, they are considered “up to date” immediately after they receive the booster. This policy applies to any vaccine authorized to prevent COVID-19 by the FDA, including by way of an emergency use authorization, or by the World Health Organization (WHO), or an active COVID-19 clinical trial (non-placebo). Vaccination verification (or accommodation approval) must be completed before the date of hire.
