Summary
Qualified is looking for an experienced GTM Sourcer to join our fast-paced talent team! In this role you will own the sourcing process from prospecting > outreach > engagement. You will have the opportunity to work in a tight-knit team and partner closely with recruiters. You will develop a rich, diverse candidate pool of passive talent with a focus on speed and quality. We want someone who thrives in a hyper-growth situation and wants to grow their career within recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, requirements of the role and ideal candidate profile
- Identify, attract and engage with top talent utilizing our recruiting tools
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline for hard to fill roles
- Ensure a strong and positive initial candidate experience as you communicate a high level overview of Qualified and the opportunity
- Research and recommend new sources and tools for both passive and active candidates
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of GTM sourcing experience
- Proven success of building talent pipelines within the GTM space
- Ability to engage and activate passive candidates via sourcing techniques
- Skilled in organization, prioritization, and operating at speed and with urgency
- Track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and recruiters
- Knowledge of multiple recruiting resources and tools
- Experience sourcing in a fast paced, hyper-growth company
- Experience with Lever
