Team Member Services Representative (Part-Time)
About the Position
Team Member Services Representatives support the day-to-day operations of the part-time Team Member experience at Chase Center by assisting in the maintenance and distribution of uniform and equipment as well as the upkeep of the Team Member Campus. This is your opportunity to support the creation of world class experiences for Team Members and set them up for success at Chase Center! This position reports to the Specialist, Team Member Services.

This is a part-time position based onsite in San Francisco CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an unparalleled level of service to Team Members on event and non-event days
- Prepare, distribute, record, and collect uniform and equipment utilized on event days
- Accurately and efficiently process uniform and equipment requests, ensuring uniform and equipment parts are in good condition, clean, and replaced as needed
- Maintain Team Member Services room and stockroom; monitor inventory levels and organize supplies; receive inventory orders from vendors
- Attend all new hire orientations and fit Team Members with a complete Chase Center uniform
- Wash and/or repair garments as needed
- Assist with written communications for the Team Member Services account and ensure timely responses to emails
- Assist with ensuring that Team Member Campus amenities (i.e., break rooms, lockers) are functioning properly
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience
- Experience in inventory management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Smartsheet, Dropbox, and Google Suite a plus
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to build positive working relationships with team members at all levels within the organization
- Outstanding phone and business etiquette; excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic sewing skills and familiarity with textiles a plus
- Passion for serving others
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to sit/turn/bend/stand for long periods
Time Commitment
- Ability to work 20+ hours per week (evenings, weekends, and holidays) on event and non-event days
- Must be available to work 80% of scheduled shifts each month
- NOTE: Work schedules will vary from week to week along with scheduled events. Part-time employees will not be scheduled for every event as scheduling is based on the needs of the department.
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
