Teamlead AI Engineering - RoboGym (human)
Your mission & challenges
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Robotic Foundation Model Application Engineers, supporting both their technical growth and day-to-day execution
Act as the technical lead and escalation point for NeuraGym users, evaluating feasibility, selecting appropriate algorithms, and defining data collection strategies
Own and drive the onboarding process for NeuraGym users across the full pipeline, including teleoperation, annotation, training, simulation, deployment, and validation
Partner closely with on-site Robotics Engineers during data collection and experiments to ensure correct robot behavior, safety standards, and experimental quality
Take a hands-on role when technical blockers arise, including reviewing training code, diagnosing data issues, and reproducing model failures
Act as the primary interface to Cloud and AI teams, enabling smooth cross-functional alignment and collaboration
Consolidate insights across projects and translate them into improvements for both the NeuraGym product roadmap and the core Neura AI roadmap
Define, monitor, and iterate on key team metrics such as skill success rate, time-to-validated-skill, and data efficiency
