Tech Recruiter (6-month FTC)
TLDR
Lead end-to-end tech recruitment for Product, Engineering, and Design in a high-growth, globally distributed organization, shaping hiring strategy and candidate experience.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on Product, Engineering, and Design hiring in a high-growth environment.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Drive end-to-end candidate management, ensuring a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage high-volume pipelines, screening candidates, and ensuring quality shortlists aligned with role requirements and diversity objectives.
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency, including reducing time-to-hire and optimising recruitment workflows.
- Track, analyse, and report on hiring metrics to support data-driven decision-making and recruitment planning.
- Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to proactively build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Act as a strong ambassador of remote work culture and company values throughout the hiring process.
- Proven experience in full-cycle tech recruitment within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong track record recruiting for Engineering, Product, and/or Design roles at scale.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and attention to candidate experience.
- Experience using modern ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, GoodTime, BrightHire) and openness to AI-enabled recruitment solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage effectively with engineering stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, in a global and distributed environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple requisitions and deliver against hiring targets.
