About the role:
The Technical Account Specialist partners with technical topics. They inform and ensure the product’s proper use to enhance their satisfaction. Additionally, they cooperate with Key Account Managers to consolidate the technical requirements and redirect to the correct team. Focal point for Key Tech Stakeholder from partners.
What you'll do:
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customer’s in a timely manner
- Assist the Key Account Manager (KAM) and partner with all tech subjects and engage the internal tech team when it’s necessary (Product Consultant & Professional service team)
- Resolve any issues faced by partner related to BEES products and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Provide contextual guidance and expertise on our products. When deeply product knowledge is required, TAM will engage the product consultant team.
- Responsible for monitoring whether all equipment is operating effectively, ensuring partner install our tools correctly, and checking that all products are operational.
- Build and maintain partners and technology roadmap/priority.
What you'll need:
- University degree in related courses
- Experience with Stakeholder Management from different countries (LatAm being a plus)
- Great Problem-solving skills
- Client centric approach
- Top notch negotiation skills
- Advanced communication skills in Spanish (Mandatory)
