Technical Product Manager
TLDR
Lead end-to-end product delivery for automation and integration in heavy industry, translating complex operational needs into scalable software and coordinating cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for leading product delivery, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of complex technical initiatives within industrial environments. Your work will directly influence product reliability, customer satisfaction, and the scalability of automation solutions.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure continuous delivery improvement
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects, including planning, milestone definition, and timeline coordination with customers
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational dependencies to ensure smooth execution
- Act as the primary customer-facing product representative, managing expectations and providing transparent progress updates
- Coordinate across engineering, deployment, support, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery goals
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of safety, reliability, and performance required for industrial systems
- Build strong relationships with external technical stakeholders, including engineers and operational leaders at customer sites
- Drive internal process improvements, including tooling, automation, documentation, and delivery optimization
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, product management, or technical program/project management roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or related field), or equivalent experience
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to discuss architecture, system design, and technical trade-offs with engineering teams
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight coordination requirements
- Strong Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning and cross-functional team leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in customer-facing environments
- Ability to manage dependencies, unblock teams, and maintain delivery velocity in complex systems
- Nice to have: domain knowledge in oil & gas, industrial automation, hydraulics, fluid dynamics, or control systems

You bring strong technical product or program management experience, ideally in complex, engineering-heavy environments where software meets industrial systems. You are comfortable engaging with engineers, customers, and executives, and you can translate technical complexity into clear execution plans.
