About the role

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead deployment execution for GPU infrastructure builds, with an immediate focus on APAC delivery needs.

This role is closely connected to deployment stakeholders across regions, including partners in North America, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll work across customer-facing discussions, on-site teams, vendors, and internal partners to drive deployments forward in environments where speed, ambiguity, and hands-on execution are part of the day-to-day.

This is a high-impact role because it will help Nscale deliver critical capacity on time while the regional roadmap continues to take shape. The person in this seat will be trusted to connect the dots across complex deployment work, identify risks early, and help establish the standard for how technical program management is built in APAC.

What you'll be doing

• Own Nscale's 30% delivery scope on every active deployment — WAN availability, FE network availability, and network device configuration — from definition through validation and customer sign-off
• Govern Dell Professional Services and other delivery partners — tracking their 70% scope, challenging their schedule assumptions, and escalating when their delivery puts Nscale's commitments at risk
• Build and maintain the integrated 100% delivery picture — combining vendor inputs with Nscale's own tracking into a single, consumable master view for leadership and customers
• Own customer acceptance criteria — extract, document, validate, and track against them throughout the deployment lifecycle
• Serve as the primary customer interface for deployment status, risks, and escalations — communicating clearly and proactively even when problems are unresolved
• Identify cross-functional dependencies across Supply Chain, GPU PM, Networking PM, and Site PMs — and drive resolution before they impact the schedule
• Produce weekly leadership reporting that translates deployment complexity into clear, decision-ready narratives
• Contribute to the development of integration

About you

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management with ownership of complex, multi-party delivery programs
• Proven experience governing an external delivery partner or systems integrator — you have held a vendor accountable through data and structured escalation, not just relationship management
• Strong network and infrastructure literacy — WAN, FE network, and network device configuration are familiar territory, not new concepts
• Track record of building integrated delivery views across multiple organizations and data sources — you have built the 100% picture when 70% was owned by someone else
• Customer-facing experience — you have owned customer acceptance criteria, delivered difficult updates to executive stakeholders, and managed relationships through delivery pressure
• Strong executive communication — you translate complexity into clarity for leadership without losing accuracy
• Experience in AI infrastructure, data center deployment, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscaler program management
